In this guild, we know that an unexpected journey starting from platform 9 3/4 will lead to epic adventures. In galaxies far far away, we do wibbily wobbly timey wimey stuff while boldly going where no man or woman has gone before. We know the answer to everything is 42 and that the truth is out there. We solemnly swear we're up to no good and we aim to misbehave. We do cosplay and we do the truffle shuffle. And we don't care what anyone thinks. The force is strong with us and we assemble when needed. In this guild, we do geek!
The PDX Guild of Geeks is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, dedicated to providing volunteer assistance and financial contributions to non-profits that promote equality for all. We believe that socializing is an important step toward activism.

We at PDX Guild of Geeks stand in solidarity with the Black community. We are committed to continuing to make our space a safe and inclusive environment. To amplify the voices of our Black creators and to listen to feedback from the community. We can not strive to eradicate a white supremacist system if we are not willing to turn an eye inward and do the work ourselves. Every fandom's heroes have moments like these where they are faced with a choice -- to submit and do nothing or to stand up against injustice and fight. We choose to stand up. We choose to fight.
