Mission Statement
PDX Guild of Geeks works to promote diversity and equity in our community through financial and volunteer support and local action. We believe that science fiction and fantasy look forward to what we can be. In our work today, we can accomplish tomorrow.
Values
1) In our fandoms & in our daily lives, we will stand with people of all genders, races, orientations, ethnicities & abilities.

2) Engaging our community’s love of fandoms to create meaningful change.
“I may not have gone where I intended to go, but I think I have ended up where I needed to be.”
3) Having the courage to do what is needed is more important than the certainty of success.
